UC, DeWine punked by federal court in trying to restrict free speech…

And they tried it against young students exercizing their First Amendment rights to gather signatures for an upcoming ballot initiative to return Ohio to a right to work state.

This was clearly a leftist attempt to suppress the free speech of patriot students on campus. The implications of the ruling will impact many state universities which have similar, but not nearly as draconian, regulations against free speech.

The conservative 1851 Center for Constitutional Law provided legal assistance to the students who faced harassment from the University, its lawyers and even Ohio AG Mike DeWine, who authorized $200,00 in tax dollars to help UC suppress free speech.

Looks like UC, DeWine and the libs got punked!
