The federal 6th Circuit Court of Appeals has rejected Planned Parenthood’s challenge to a 2004 Ohio law regulating the abortion drug mifepristone, sometimes referred to by its antiquated experimental days’ name, RU 486.
In Planned Parenthood Southwest Ohio v. DeWine, the court ruled that the Ohio law is not vague and does not impose an “undue burden” on women seeking abortions.
