Hobby Lobby case moves forward…

In the most prominent challenge of its kind, Hobby Lobby Stores Inc asked a federal appeals court Thursday for an exemption from part of the federal health care law that requires it to offer employees health coverage that includes access to the so-called abortifacient “morning-after” pill.

The case is an on going lawsuit of the Christian-based family run chain of hobby stores based in tornado-stricken OK.

Hobby Lobby had previously had its request turned down by lower courts. Now that the implementation date of Obamacare is closer, it appears success is within reach for the courageous chain’s leadership.

Like the other 50+ lawsuits in various stages of litigation, ESH is confident groups like Hobby Lobby will prevail, even in courts stacked with Clinton and O’Bama shill judges.
