Supremes agree to hear Hobby Lobby diktat refuseniks…

The US Supreme Court is going to take another run at Obamacare by agreeing to hear the Hobby Lobby conscience case, it was reported by Breitmart and other sources today.

Like the Soviet era refuseniks, companies which have a conscience and don’t wish to pay so employees can abort their babies on the company dime via abortifacients or surgery, as well as barnyard-style sterilizations, 50+ employers have sued the Regime, Sebelius and HHS, refusing to pay mammon to Baal via insurance premiums.

Other lower court successes have included two brothers in Dayton, OH who run a food company and some Catholic employers who are not church-controlled but wish to practice their faith without being forced to violate one of its basic tenets.
