Female jury: Not guilty!
This is a great night for justice, as the all female Sanford, FL jury just returned a verdict of not guilty in the trial of George Zimmerman.
In a unanimous verdict of 6-0, the jury gave a thumbs up to the self-defense defense of the Zimmerman team for 5’7″ Zimmerman against a muscular, 6’2″ Travon Martin.
ESH sees a justice seldom seen growing up with things like the Hough riots. Let’s see if all the racist posters claiming–with many expletives–that they would loot and riot with just such a verdict, back up their hate with a well known violence. But, tonight a small piece of America returns in that corner of central east Florida.

Update 7/14/13 @ 6:40AM ET: Libs at the NAALCP are calling for DOJ and Holder and their boy O’Bama to get a lynch party together and go after Zimmerman, since the court system process didn’t work for them. ESH wonders if they’ll retro axe for the same for OJ?

I meant there are NOW calls (not NO call as I wrote) for Zimmerman to be charged with civil rights violations. If the state of Florida does allow that, they will be contributing to a lot of trouble.

Unfortunately there are no calls from people at the NAACP looking for charges against Zimmerman about civil rights violations. I suppose he will have to be put on trial again. Being convicted of civil rights violations could cause him to go to jail. If the state of Florida has any sense, they will refuse to charge him with any further crimes.
